Museum of the Czech Outdoors at the Červený Újezd Castle

The private site, which was built between 2001 – 2002 not far from Prague, is located directly on a green field. Inside the castle, we will see originals and copies of the typical tools, instruments and equipment used on the Czech countryside during the last two centuries in addition to rustic painted furniture, traditional craft workshops, a knight’s hall, and a tavern. After touring the castle, we will visit the adjacent open-air museum, which includes a windmill, a wine cellar, chalet , and a wood cutter.
